I chose this company because I was impressed with the reviews, also the extremely low price quoted as compared with other carriers - $650 from FL to CA. Who doesn't want to save money, right??!! I patiently waited close to 3 weeks for a booking, checking in about every3-5 days to make sure they still knew I was alive. I completely understand auto shipping is based on availability so there is no guarantee on time. After my 3rd call, I was told by a rep that she really wasn't sure why I hadn't been booked yet and that I should call the next day for a supervisor. She suspected we were underbid and no carrier was willing to take the job for that price. At that point, I figured out that the price was too good to be true, called somebody else rated highly on this website, got my vehicle picked picked up the next day for $800. Would have probably paid this company $800 but I felt, quite frankly, ignored. I'm not a hot headed person or "high maintenance". Sorry guys.

Cathy is right and we are wrong. We messed up and priced Cathys GMC Sonoma as a regular car when in fact it is a fairly hefty truck. That is precisely why it did not ship and we are very sorry. It was a mistake that should have been caught, which will produce a conversation with our otherwise outstanding staff.
We appreciate the way Cathy expressed herself and wish her well in California. |
