Needed to move my car from MD to Tx, and the pickup had to be done within 2 days. Crystal was realistic about the possibility of not being able to do it at short notice, but they came thro' just fine. Pickup was prompt and painless, the driver even helped me with a ride back from the mall parking lot where we had agreed to meet.
Their rep kept in touch regularly with updates and to call to arrange a good time to drop off the car. No damage, scratches or anything of that sort to the car.
Excellent customer service, very quickturnaround time, and did I mention the price was great!
Awesome, will use again if I need to, and will highly recommend.
