Direct Express Auto Transport (DEAT) was highly rated on transportreview.com and significantly cheaper than other highly rated auto transport companies. I thought that cheaper meant less quality, but it was just the opposite. The individual who helped me (I do not remember her name) was professional, courteous, and thorough. I received an immediate quote, a reference number, and I was emailed all of the necessary information I needed to get reimbursed from my employer.
The driver, Chris (I also do not know his last name), was excellent. He was on time and I met him at a nearby location (his truck could not fit down the street by home). He, too, was thorough and fast. I was given an accurate assessment of my car and the associated paperwork. DEAT sent me a confirmation email with all of his and his company's information, including his cellular telephone number. I contacted him throughout the trip and he was immediately available, polite, and responsive. Although he told me he would deliver my car a day earlier than it was, the reason given was legitimate. Upon arrival, my car was in the same condition as when it left and it was a smooth process to get my car. I would highly recommend DEAT to anyone transporting their vehicle(s).
