Review:Primary contact at AA was outstanding.
Assigned carrier JLR transport were very friendly and picked my vehicle up on time.
Carrier ran into a problem en route causing a delay in my drop off; however, it was not a huge deal. The driver kept me posted of the situation and was very friendly.
