| Great Experience - used again to ship second car the following week |
I am in the process of moving from the Washington DC area (northern VA) to Phoenix, Arizona. I had never used an auto shipping service so I was a little concerned about the process. However, I received a reasonable quote from Direct Express Auto Transport ($700.00) and the Company''s reputation with the BBB made the choice easy (order #61690) My vehicle was assigned within a few days of the date I stated my care would be available to transport. The pick-up near my home was smooth and the company that transported my vehicle made it from VA to AZ within 4 days. The drivers were very friendly and professional. I had only called customer service a couple of times, the first when I was trying to collect information about the process of shipping my car and the second after my vehicle had been assigned. The women that I spoke with were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the auto shipping process.
I am driving my household goods across the country, and I had planned to tow my second car. However, after having such a good experience, I decided to ship my second car through Direct Express Auto.
Based on this experience, I would recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone looking for assistance in transporting a vehicle.
