My husband and I contacted nine different auto transport companies until we finally hit upon Honey Bee Auto transport. With every company before, we were given the run-around. We were given conflicting information, and ambiguous open-ended delivery dates. Karen was 100% upfront from the beginning. The quote she gave us included all costs, none of the hidden ones others neglected to tell us about. Our car transport needs were a bit complicated as it required two different carriers, one form CA to Boston, and one which delivered the car into the hands of the Steamship Authority in Hyannis to be loaded on the ferry to Nantucket. There were dozens of details that had to be addressed, including paperwork form the Steamship Authority, sensitive delivery dates, and unique requests. Karen handled it all, without ever seeming flustered. She made extra calls, followed up with everyone, and when there was an issues with the driver, addressed it immediately, never assigning blame. What started out as a very long shot (getting our Volvo form CA onto Nantucket as an unaccompanied vehicle), ended up being a very smooth experience. We told Karen afterwards that she needs better advertising because what she offers cannot be found anywhere else (we even tried to FedEx our car!). Thank you karen. You did a fantastic job!
