Subject: Failed to follow through
Review:I contacted them on June 17 to transport my car from Ohio to NC. They assured me that someone would pick up my car and give me notice before my departure via airport on June 27. First they called me on June 24 and told me I would have to pay $35 more than had been quoted to have my car picked up a day early. After arguing with them about the unfairness of this, I finally agreed. They then told me that the truck STILL wouldn't be able to come pick up the car.

They then reneged on their promise and said they'd need an extra 7 days after my departure to pick up the car. When we first called them they told us it would be no problem and then they backed out and said that we hadn't given them enough notice for the booking (even though they didn't say anything about that on the day we got the quote from them). VERY horrible service. Won't use them again, and I ended up just driving 12 hours because they didn't give me notice enough to hire some other company.
