The length of my transport was approximately 3000miles or from Seattle, Wa to Richmond, Va. I had belongings in my Honda, and of of those belongings, nothing was taken or disturbed during the trip. The car was dirty on arrival, but this is a completely acceptable consequence of the cross-country journey. The pick-up was on-time, and I was able to work with the drivers about the timing. For the drop-off, the time given worked with my schedule, and the drivers were very considerate of the care - and respectful of the belongings. Some of the drivers were slightly difficult to understand at first, but their care of the car and of the customer outweighs this short-coming. It was pleasant to see individuals who were willing to work hard while not disregarding the customer. On each occasion, the men were polite and friendly, which is reassuring given the commerce. The tracking system was a reassuring feature, but proper identification of the drivers would have been similarly reassuring. It would have been nice, if the company supplied the names of the drivers. All-in-all, the service experience was one that was good enough for me to use again and for me to recommend to my friends.
