Review:

The fact that I received the car 4 days after that date promised made me have to rent a car during that time. I was not reimbursed by my job because the extra cah it cost me was not in the contract.

We are sorry that Ms. Dejesus’ transport company had a flat tire on the carrier and this resulted in a delay in her shipment. Her driver states that he kept her informed throughout and discounted her cod to go toward car rental. We are sorry that she chose not to mention this but instead chose to give us a poor rating - over something that was beyond the control of either AA-Automovers or her carrier company, who compensated her for the delay.
