This non running truck was shipped to me from my stepson. David lives in New Haven, CT where he attends college. David failed to maintain the engine fluid levels and let the engine oil level get to low. I gave David several options of what to do with the truck to get it repaired, one of the options was to ship it back to me in Montana. David opted to ship the vehicle . He picked the shipper and arranged for pick-up. I do not know how that went for him.
Sarah called and told me that the truck had been picked up and was on the way to Montana. She left her contact number and said if I had any questions or concerns please contact her. Sarah also gave the expected delivery date of Tuesday the next week. On Monday morning Thad (the driver) called and let me know he was in Montana and expect delivery late in the afternoon. Sarah called later in the morning to see if I had heard from the driver. I told her I had and the delivery was to be later in the afternoon. She said she would call again the next day to see if all went well.
Thad called about 3:30 pm and said he would deliver the truck in about an hour. I asked him if I could change the delivery address and he said that would be OK. Thad arrived at the new address on time. He unloaded the non running truck with no problems. We pushed it to where it needed to be parked. Thad is all about customer service. He is a very personable young man and a great asset to Angels Moving Autos. As a small business owner I know what customer service is and stress it to my employees. So many times in our busy lives we accept poor customer service as the norm. What a wonderful surprise to experience FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Angel's Moving Auto's has two great employee's: Sarah and Thad. Angel's should know the asset that they have in these two people. Delivery was earlier than expected, Great customer service, and wonderful communication. For these reasons I would definitely use Angel's again.
