Good move, Only improvement COMMUNICATION

Review:

I arranged for my wife's car to be shipped to California due to Military orders. I had a friend put it on the truck in Georgia and a friend take it off in California. The Company would call my friends and tell them about date / time changes but not me, the guy paying the bill... I was told 26 May then 28 May maybe, but definitely Friday the 29th. When I called my friend in GA to see how things went. He told me the car hadn't gotten picked up yet and it wouldn't be until Saturday. They talked to him but not me. There had been a breakdown and a different truck had to be dispatched. Understandable, and still in the time window for me, I just wasn't informed until I heard it from my friend.

The drivers were professional and knowledgeable on Pick-up and delivery according to my friends. The only complaint I had was any time there was a change in the timeline. I wasn't notified.

I'd use the company again as they got it done in the window required and the car was delivered in the same condition it was picked up in. Just dirty from being on an open carrier.
