no pick up

i gave order 2 weeks back on the condition that truck is avaiable for pick up on 9 june 2009.
but nothing has heard from them and it is the 5th day after the first pick up date of 8 june 09.
i called several times and no idea when it will be picked.

When this customer placed his order he requested a pick up date of June 9th. We therefore scheduled a driver for June 9th and when the driver contacted the customer he refused the pick up because the delivery would have been too quick for him. The customer needed the car delivered only after June 16th, which would mean that the pick up date would have to be later than June 9th since the transit time from NC to TX is only a few days. We did not charge the customer any rescheduling fee although we did need to cancel the original driver and reschedule another one. We then scheduled another driver to pick up the vehicle on June 15th and deliver on June 16th. When this driver called the customer, he informed him that the vehicle was already picked up by another carrier. The customer never informed us of this nor did he ever cancel his order with us.
