I had never shipped a vehicle before this time and to be honest I wasn't looking forward to this being my first, considering the distance. I called around and got multiple quotes anywhere from $725 to $1135 to move my 04 VW Jetta from NC to WA in an open carrier and to be honest, the more I searched, the more questions I had and the less sure I was of who I wanted to go with. When I called them I got a real live person who handled my case from start to finish, no computer. TAYLOR was able to work with me on their pricing and within one phone call scheduled to move my car for $900 and had a driver committed by the next day. Now most places will tell you that if you go that cheap, nobody will want to take your car and it will sit for days and not move, and there is some truth to that. What they won't tell you is that the driving force behind getting your cart shipped isn't just the price tag of the shippment, its a proactive representative who is going to work for you to get your car shipped, and that is what you get at CASCADE VEHICLE SHIPPING with a rep like TAYLOR. I was very specific on my shipping dates since I myself was driving out to the drop-off location a week later. My car was picked up on-time and eventhough it beat me to our destination by about a week, it was brought to me the day I called the driver with a specific place to drop it off. Now at most places I would say, you get what you pay for, but CASCADE was not that way, I got more. I got a company that can be trusted and a representative that was with me every step of the way, very easy to get in touch with and always came through when I had questions or concerns. Next time I ship a vehicle I know who it will be with. If you are looking for a good shipping experience, call CASCADE and ask for TAYLOR.
