I contacted a search engine that provided me with email companies for delivery of my recently purchased camper from Tenn to VA. One company could not do it for 5-7 days, another was extremely overpriced and the last one was Showroom transport.
I called Showroom transport at 1130pm on a Sunday, received a good quote and good customer service. Later that week, I called to confirm delivery, a man named Ty typed the contract, was very knowledgeable and polite, assured me that the camper would be picked up and delivered no later than Saturday, Memorial weekend. Ty called back, stated he lined up a driver, that the camper would be picked up in a day or two and be in VA for the weekend.
Ray the driver was very good at communicating. He always answered his phone, spoke the truth and deliverd my camper early, Friday evening. This worked out great since I wanted to set it up and surprise my girlfriend and her 2 girls. I bought the camper on e-bay and set up delivery on ebay, everything worked out nice!!
Showroom Transport provided me with something that has gone by the wayside, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I felt human and not ripped off, and now, literally, I am a happy camper!!!
