| Kevin and Rick Saved the Day!! |
I needed to get a 2008 Yahama Raider S from TN to TX. I booked with 2 other transport company - they basically lied to me, and both left me high and dry. The bike was purchased, and just sitting there. I need the bike by this weekend, and the situation looked hopeless. I simply started calling companies and leaving messages - days turned into a week, with no hope for a solution in sight. That's when Kevin returned my call.
The long and short of it is, they were able to pick up the bike with 2 DAYS of my call (Union City, TN is kind of a random location, no less), and had it delivered the following morning - 3 to 4 day turn around!! I was blown away. Now, I don't want to put out here that Kevin and Rick have the ability to fulfill every request in this timeframe, but they solved my problem in a big way. Kevin knew I had been burned by few companies before I came into communicaiton with him, so he patiently walked me through the process, and made me completely comfortable.
The only people upset are my neighbors - when Rick showed-up at 6:45am this morning and I fired up the Raider with those Cobra pipes - LOUD!!! The bike was strapped in beautifully (it's over 8 ft long - Rick also had 2 cars in his rig). Not a scratch. The funny thing was, Rick knew my neighbor across the street - he had delivered several rare cars to him previously. I spoke with my neighbor about this "small world" coincidince after the fact, and he indicated that his experieces with Rick and Kevin had been superb. I only wish now that I had spoken to him before I went to the other companies who treated me wrong.
In summary, I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding, professional service delivered by Kevin and Rick. I recommend them 100%, and will use them again, no doubt. Jack
