Review:

Working with Specialty Mobile was as satisfactory experience. They brokered the delivery out to a local Los Angeles shipping company named Pioneer Auto Express and that company was unable to follow through with door to door service which is what we paid for. They picked up the vehicle from my residence but would not deliver the vehicle to my new residence because they said the streets were too hard to deliver on. I have had 18 wheelers on my road many times and informed them of that, but they were still unwilling to bring the car to me. They told me I could wait a few more days and they could deliver it on a smaller car carrier, but I wanted the vehicle so they made accommodations to pick up the vehicle from their local facility which I was only a few miles from. However, if the facility wasn't in the area this would have been very inconvenient especially since I the contract was for door-to-door service. So I guess my only issue with the service was with the company Specialty Mobile brokered out to. Specialty Mobile itself was very helpful and easy to work with.
