Although price and delivery was good, my overall experience wasn’t. The pick-up in CT was 2 days late; I had to leave my car at a friend’s house because I couldn’t miss my flight to TX. Because the delivery did not happen on time, Ship Any Car had to contract another transporter and the new transporter charged them more than they expected. My order with Ship Any Car was for $780, $200 paid in advance and $580 COD. The transporter charged Ship Any Car $680 and was expecting this money upon delivery. Ship Any Car did send the $100 check to the transporter but it arrived only on Monday (3/23) and my car was delivered on Saturday (3/21). Conclusion, I paid the $100. Mr. Roland, from Ship Any Car was very rude, saying that I should be grateful to his employee for him paying the difference out of his pocket. I am the customer, I should not be ‘grateful’ if the supplier I hired fixes their mistakes. This is a business relation not a friendship; you’re not doing the customer a favor.
