PROMISED REFUND

Review:

We have obtained their services to have a vehicle transported from Paramount CA to Conway AR. When the vehicle was delivered to our customer the windshield was broken and was acknowledged by the driver of the transport company. Despite the several attempts and calls to have the matter settled as promised, still nothing has been accomplised. It has already been 4 months since the incident. We just want the transport company to reimburse our customer the cost of replacing the windshield which is $302.31

We have made several attempts to have the carrier reimburse the client for their damages. Unfortunately, the carrier (AAA Transportation) has yet to mail in his payment. We cannot force anyone to make a payment. Since this incident occured we have stopped assigning loads to AAA Transportation. We made every effort to accomodate the clients but could not resolve the matter in her favor. We do suggest legal action.
