The BIGGEST HEAD ACHE!! Nasty customer service! The woman actually told me to take a Chill Pill because after 3 promise dates, and the vehicle still wasn'st picked up, I was FURIOUS! Then I called every day and they Hung up on me when I told them my name! PLEASE take my advice... Even if the price is right, get another company. Once they have your deposit, they could care less about you.... They kept blaming it on the driver. Once the driver finally arrived, he told me that he just received the order a few days before!!!!! These people are only booking AGENTS and dont trust a word they say! And if they comment that I am not a customer and ask me to remove my comment, IT's BULL! contact me and I will send you the contract they sent me.... The car was to be picked up on Novemger 24, or 25... That didnt happen... I called on Friday the 28th and they said the driver wanted to take the Holiday weekend off. Ok, then they promised Sunday 30th or December 01... Called on the Dec 2, their reply "oh we are not going to use that guy again, we will get you picked up on December 5 or 6. No show again, and of course you cant call them because they are closed on Saturday and Sunday.... I finally lost my patience on Monday Dec 8th, hence the chill pill call and hang ups on me... Transport truck finally made it Satarday December 13. The Drivers were awesome and told me the real story!!!! AND to show you that these people only out to take your booking money, I am writting this review while my car is still in transport, because they have NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!!! (it left yesterday) DO YOUR SELF A BIG FAVOR CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!

The only delay was your failure to return the payment by the due date stated on the contract. We demand that you remove this false review immediately to avoid possible legal ramifications.
