Subject: 2006 4Runner from WI to FL
Review:Service and price were great and I did a lot of research. For my price level, they guaranteed pickup would be within 1-10 days and delivery would be 4-5 days from the pick up date. They would have had a truck scheduled to pick up the 2nd day after order was placed but the dealer did not have the vehicle ready as promised. So as it was, it ended up not being scheduled until 9 more days and then it was 6 days to transport. I placed my order on the 10th, it was picked up on the 20th and my truck was delivered on the 26th. It was quite a wait but I have to put most of the blame on the dealer. The driver was late a day but was in contact with me and informative. Thankfully I was not in a bind or rush to get it. Truck arrived in fine condition except for the dirty exterior which is to be expected on open transport. All staff from transport and trucking company I dealt with were very prompt and friendly whether by phone or e-mail.
