| Domestic Auto was great----driver was not! |
Amy at Domestic Auto was great! She was quick in finding a driver and returning my calls. She found a driver to pick up my vehicle in MA within two days and to be delivered the next day. However, the driver (Jacob w/Reliable Inc), was VERY hard to understand, rude and impatient with me. He told me my vehicle would be delivered at 7;15 pm. I go there at 7:15, wait until 8 pm, still no driver, no call, no nothing. So, I called the driver to ask where he was and I could NOT understand him....very bad English. He began to get irate and impatient. I hung up and immediately called Domestic Auto and the rep there at the time (Temily??) was great! She called me back w/explanation as to where driver was, etc. His brakes went out and it would still be a couple of hours. So, back home I go. Driver calls us at 10:30 says he'll be there in 10 min. Uh, I finally received my vehicle at 11:05 pm! Then when I thought it couldn't get worse, the driver tells us the battery was dead and that he had to jump it to get it on the lift when he picked it up. We were told by the place we bought the car that it was in running condition. Why the driver didn't mention this to us before so we could have brought jumper cables w/us beats me!?!? He said he left his jumper cables in another state! So, we had to go all the way back home again (15 min. away) to get jumper cables. Finally got home w/my car at 12:20 am! The car started fine after the jump & everything else was in great condition. Michelle at Domestic though wasn't very nice when I called with questions about the driver--seemed very defensive. However, Amy was fantastic and so was Temily (sp?). I would use Domestic Auto again, just not the same driver. :)
