Review:We had a similar experience with Interstate. We got a terrific sales job by George telling us if we got our deposit in right away we could get our motorcycle picked up Monday or Tuesday Sept. 22nd or 23rd (10 days from the time they received our deposit). We got the person we bought the motorcycle from to make arrangements to be off to meet the truck. Then we were told on the day it was supposed to be picked up that they didn't know when it could be picked up. We called I, etcnterstate 12 to 14 times that monday(mostly getting recordings saying customer service wasn't available) when we did speak to Jeff we couldn't get any useful information about a pick up date. He explained that there were no drivers and that gas was high etc, etc. Then he said if we paid extra for an enclosed shipper we might be able to get it picked up sometime (he still wasn't sure when). He called back and quoted us a price 50% higher than their bid. Don't make the mistake we did by believing them. We were told that they weren't sure we could get our deposit back either since we cancelled the shipping order. I think they make their money ripping off peoples deposits.
