Moving 2,300 miles is a stressful experience. It was a tough decision which company to pick and trust with my 2 vehicles. There was something about dealing with Gilles and Yali that surpassed all the other folks I had spoken to. And my gut instinct was right - this turned out to be one of the BEST experiences of my life!
Yali was knowledgable and kind.... caring and understanding. My closing date was nebulous - I was going crazy and she calmly guided me through the process.
When their driver came to pick up my car, I felt so confident that my 2 cars would make it out safe and sound. He was casual but knowledgable. When my son's car alarm went off constantly and after repeated attempts to silence it - no worries - the driver just used his brain and disconnected the battery. When he got to Flagstaff he just connected it again. No big deal.
He chatted about life in Arizona (he himself lived in Phoenix) and made me feel like I could TRUST the guy.
Get this - Yali informed me that the cars would arrive EARLY - no worries - again - I just had the driver (sorry - I forgot his name - shame on me!) change the delivery adress to my friend's house and the car was waiting for me when I arrived!! WHAT SERVICE!!!!!!!
Speaking of which, the driver allowed us to fill the car chock full of stuff - light things - like sleeping bags, pillows, a case of water, kitty litter, etc (he actually encouraged us to fill the car up!!) and THANK GOODNESS we did because our moving van was over a week late! My cars arrived in perfect condition - and look at the price - that's for 2 vehicles! One of them an SUV!!! The driver called me to let me know where he was en route and when he would be arriving at my neighbor's house. He gave her a ring too and kept in touch. Man, that guy is a SAINT in my eyes!!!
Yali , Gilles and their driver were all kind, patient, understanding and above all FLEXIBLE!!!!! When my life was madness, they were there for me with sane logical minds.
I can't praise these folks enough. I hope to never make a move like that again - but if I had to, they would be my only choice. As far as friends and family - I would recommend them 1000%.
Kudos to State 2 State Auto Transport ----they exceeded my expectations and I am grateful to them.
GIVE THEM A RING - you'll know what I mean. THANK YOU State 2 State!!!!!
