Charged my credit Card and then made me pay Cash

After much confusion and delay in getting my Car from Long Island NY to North Carolina. American Auto Movers told me that I can pay the balance of $500.00 with a credit Card. They took all the information then charged my card. When the car arrived the trucker said Cash or Bank check or no car.

He said that American Auto Movers are just brokers and the car was brought to a general depot. American Auto Movers told me it was there own trucks. THe trucker can be reached at 404 597 0936 that he had no afffilliation with American Auto Movers.

American Auto MOvers has a guy Richie who never gets back to you. When you get him on the phone he tells you whatever you want to hear.

AMERICAN AUTO MOVERS made me PAY the DRiver and they have not Refunded or reversed the CRedit Card Charges even after being told it will be done.

This review was placed prematurely because upon learning that the driver mistakengly charged the daughter Lindsey Rae, we immediately refunded the money the same day she paid. There was not a huge delay as reported and while the driver does not work for the company he does work with us. This response was not even posted by Lindsey Rae it was posted by her parents. I know this because upon viewing the complaint I immediately spoke with Lindsey and she had no knowledge of the complaint!
