| Some scheduling snafus, but Cascade and driver were great! |
For a transport from northern Virginia to Seattle, I picked Cascade based on the glowing reviews on this site and their very competitive estimate. They found a driver and scheduled an 8/20 pickup for my 2 vehicles. So 8/19 rolls around, and I call to confirm. Apparently, they had dropped the driver who was supposed to pick up my vehicle based on complaints, and I wasn't rebooked with another driver! While I'm glad they have this quality control, I'm panicing because my flight is leaving in a few days :(.
I have to say that Cascade was very apologetic and quickly found me another driver. The driver, JR of Rotchars Auto Transport, was professional and wonderful to deal with during pickup and dropoff. My cars arrived in Seattle in the same condition I left them. Both JR and Cascade called several times to keep me apprised on the status.
I would definitely use Cascade again, but be sure to confirm. If you have a hard date for pickup, it's probably wise to move that a week or two before in case snafus happen. Anyways, just want to reiterate that both Cascade and Rotchars were wonderful to deal with.
