| Lied about the quote, DO NOT USE |
I received an email from Barry saying that he had a truck passing by my city and that he would be able to give me an extra discount. So I contacted the number to find out how much it would be. Barry picked up and quoted me $775 with no hidden charges, including the full coverage insurance.
After taking my credit card information for a $200 as a deposit, he told me I would receive an email and that I needed to sign and send back.
Indeed, I received the email but I was not able to open the attachment, as it was a HTML format that would open on an error page. I emailed them back telling them to re-send it under a pdf or word format. I finally receive an email showing that the charges were $837!!!
I immediately called the 800 number and told them that it was not what I have been quoted, but they assured me that it is the amount I agreed with including tax and insurance coverage. I told them that it was not true and that I did not agree on that amount, so I need to cancel. The guy said that it was fine but they would need to charge me for a $100 cancelation fee since it was over 24 hours that I had placed the order. I told them I was not even able to open their attachment. He rudely said that "it was not their problem." He hung up on me saying that they would charge me $100 and that I won't be able to dispute the charges.

| the deposit in total was refunded back to the customer the same day that it was taken, the customer received an email price from us indicating that there would be an additional 8% for the full coverage insurance and road tax I guess that they become unaware of this or they do not understand it, this customer is not even shipping the car with us, she was told that her deposit would be refunded in full and that nothing would be held. |
