I originally placed an order on Aug 13th for my car to get pick up on Aug. 21st. However, Sheila called me two days after and said she have found a driver for me 3 days earlier. They scheduled the pick up to SK Trucking. But I found out that my parents weren't available for the pick up date(Monday, the 18th). So I emailed Sheila and waited for her reply. I didn't get a reply, so I just called and Kristin from Red Carpet answered. I told her the dilemma and she told me that the driver wants to pick up my car the day before(Sunday, the 17th). So I agreed and told her that the time frame my parents are available. Kristin said the driver will call me. I waited the whole Sunday and no one called. It was very inconvenient because my parents waited that day. Then Monday comes (the original pick up date), Sheila called and said they have to find another truck as the the driver wanted to leave at noon. Then Melody called after and found me another driver that was leaving the same day. It turned out that my Dad was available at noon so my car got picked up that day. This time the trucking company was ST Trucking.
Overall, it was a great. Sheila and Melody was very quick and helpful. And they found me a driver faster that I thought! The only thing I didn't like was that Olga, the contact person for ST Trucking, never called me the entire time. I had to be the one to call to get updates. The driver called an hour before he delivered my car. The car was in good shape.
I would use Red Carpet again in the event that I need this kind of service again in the future. :-)
