Subject: Scammers!!!
Review:My pick-up date for this company was on July 30th. According to their contract/sales rep they have 10 days to pick up my vehicle starting on the available date (July 30th). I called American Pride Autoride 3 times, the three days before the 10th day arrived since my vehicle was never picked up. On the 10th day (August 8) I contacted American Pride and asked them about my deposit refund. The sales rep said that I would have to wait until the 10th day was over in order to receive my deposit back, which would be the 11th. When I called American Pride, they said that they dispatched a carrier very early that morning, therefore they did what they said they would and I do not get my refund back. The sales rep then tried to convince me that August 9th was the actual 10th day and I wouldn't qualify for a refund until August 10th. These people are scammers! They wait until the last minute and before their stores open to where you can call and cancel, they find a carrier on the 11th day. Which so-calls qualifies it as them doing their part so I don't get my deposit back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON"T WANT TO EVER GET YOUR CAR! I ended up hiring another company and they got a carrier there the next day without any extra fees! BEWARE OF LOWBALL COMPANIES LIKE THIS!!!
