| Broken Promises |
I ordered my car transported from Tulsa to Seattle. I was told that for a greater price, I could get it picked up within a three day window. When I received the contract, I signed agreeing to pick up within the 3 day window. Half way through the window I called for status. I was repeatedly sent to voicemail, which was never returned. When I tried to talk to a person, they said they were working on it, but were not sure when the pickup would be, or I would be hung up on (this happened 4 times). The day after the last day of my pickup window, I asked to speak to a manager, and was transferred to customer service. After being on hold for five minutes, I was told that they could not transport my vehicle at this time, but would extend the window another week. It was at this point I told them I did not want their service anymore. Hopefully they won't charge me for services I never recieved.
