Subject: clueless and unresponsive
Review:AutoGo was terrible. I placed an order and received CONFIRMATION from Rick on 5/22 for pickup on 6/5. When I checked with them on 6/2 for confirmation, they said they didn't have an order. Should have been my red flag. So I placed ANOTHER order on that date. Now, as of 6/22, they have not returned my phone calls, nor have they given me any indication that the order is pending, lost, or used as toilet paper in their shop. Run away. Far, far away and quickly.
