| Worst customer service ever |
I have to correct my previous review, this is a real company. And they might be able to get your vehicle to you, however they won't return your phone calls, and if you do get them on the phone they will hang up on you. They did get my car delivered to me, after they were a month late. I already hired another company, because I gave up on them. Since I was so tired of getting hung up on and being told, " We did our job, what do you want us to do" (hint: how about getting my vehicle to me, or at least tell me you are trying, since I already paid you $150). Also when the trucker delivered my vehicle he demanded $100 more than I was quoted from AARP's. I didn't pay him of course, however he did call a couple of days ago and swore at my wife for me not paying him. So all in all, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. But they are real....real bad. If you use them you will be sorry.

We shipped this vehicle just as the customer ordered. He brokered with so many people that I think he forgot who he spoke to and when. We have repeatedly asked he take down this review, and have the paperwork to show when he booked, the rate he agreed to, and how quickly we assigned a trucker.
He is just so bitter about being screwed by other companies, he has decided that bad mouthing us will make him feel better. Too bad he is doing this to the only company that helped him. |
