Review:

Reliable Auto needs to change their name to UNReliable. I contacted them 6 days before I needed them to pick up my car and they never came nor called until 2 days after the latest date they gave me. I wanted them to pick it up on Monday and they said they would come between Monday and Wednesday. I was leaving the state for good on Saturday so desperately needed my car picked up before I left. I received no calls on Monday or Tuesday. I called them and they said they were having difficulties finding transport. I told them I needed it picked up by Friday. They said they would call me back. They didn't. I called on Wed., Thurs. and Friday. They didn't return my calls. I reversed my credit card charges on Friday. 30 min. before they closed, I get a phone call from them telling me they had a truck, but it got called away. Reliable didn't give me the lowest quote. I went with them because they had good reviews. The employees must have written the reviews. Now I am on the other side of the country scrambling to get my car transported. I had to leave my car with my 85yr old mother. They left me in a bind. They were quick to take my money, then left me hanging. For them to wait to call me 2 days after the latest pickup date they gave me is ridiculous. How can they be in business if they don't even pick up the car and they don't call their customers if there is a problem?
