The company dispatcher knew our pick up windown and ignored it (given three weeks advance notice), his driver new the delivery date needed up Notrh and missed it by two days.(he kept blaming disparch for pick-ups) Info about location in transit was spotty at best. I've missed three major appointments because my car was not delivered to me as scheduled, what's worst is that no one in their oranization seems to care or follow through.
I have used them in the past for at least five round trips to Florida, this is not likie them, but yet it did happen.
