I was very satisfied with the service. They gave me a quote, found a truck within 3 or 4 days, gave me the trucker's phone number and he became my primary contact. Like most things, my experience was not perfect and if I was really anal about knowing exactly what was going to happen and when, I might have been somewhat annoyed. They seemed evasive about when I would expect the car to be picked up and delivered. However, I trusted them to do their job and they did it. At the end of the day, it was the contact with the trucker that was important. The driver explained why he might not be able to pick it up on the Monday (which he could not) and why he could not predict exactly when he would arrive ( he arrived 3 or 4 days early). I called him a couple of times while he was enroute. My car arrived in perfect condition and the trucker even held on to my car over the weekend in Seattle so I could pick it up on a day that was more convenient for me near the border in Blaine. I would use Red Carpet again.
