I cannot say enough good things about this company and my rep, Brandi!!!
This is the second company I used to try to get my vehicle to move with me to Maryland. The first company was an absolute nightmare (I probably shouldn't mention their name, but they were so horrible, I cannot begin to express how much I would warn others from using them--let's just say they deal with having your car 'cross' the 'country'--and they will get their own review from me). Before I ever switched from my first company (because I really tried to let them live up to their promises) I contacted a few different companies to see what else was available. I found this site, and Cascade was one of the first places I called. They were the first that I was able to get someone live on the phone immediately, and the person I spoke with was Brandi. I cannot emphasize how great she was. She spoke with me, in detail and for quite a while, about how transporting a car anywhere actually works, something I NEVER got from the other company. I believe she was on the phone with me for 45 minutes the first day, just explaining everything. I explained my situation, that I was currently with a company that had promised to pick up my car over a week ago from the time I contacted her, and had given me excuse and empty promise after excuse and empty promise since then. She did a great job listening to me and offering advice. I initially decided to give my original company one more chance, which they blew. A week after my initial conversation with Brandi, I finally had had enough of my other company, cancelled with them, and immediately signed up with Cascade. My car was picked up within their guaranteed window, and arrived 2 days earlier than the original estimate from the driver (I won't give exact days, but it was much faster than anyone would have predicted--not sure how he got it here so fast and I really don't care, because I got my car and EXTREMELY fast for a true cross-country move). Brandi followed my car's transportation every step of the way, and contacted me throughout the entire ordeal to check in with me, which was so incredible to me. I'm big on communication, and when you are trusting something that would be quite expensive to replace to someone you have never met, it can be quite nerve-racking. She made me feel completely at ease, the driver was so great (even refused to make me go out of my way to get my car and found another more convenient place to meet, which was great!). The company didn't even up my deposit even though the driver has asked for $25 more dollars than my original quote (no big deal to me to get me car back for such a little change at that point). They were fantastic, and I will definitely use them again in the future if I ever need to move a car cross-country.
