Magic Carpet Auto Transport is an excellent company to do business with if you need this type of service. Not only did they have the best price, but their staff is very helpful and courtious. The account executive that handled my order, Amy, really went out of her way to make this happen as smoothly as possible. Even with diesel prices as high as they are, she was still able to find a driver within 2 days of my available pick up date. The vehicle was picked up promptly, and was delivered ahead of schedule. The rig that my vehicle came in on was very clean, and looked to be well maintained. The vehicle was tightly secured in the trailer, and I had no issues with any damage of any kind. The driver was also kind enough to call a day ahead of time to see how his arrival would work with my schedule. This is the first vehicle I have had to ship accrossed the U.S. Not knowing what to expect when I started looking for transport companies kind of made me uneasy. Once I talked with Amy, I definitly felt more at ease shipping my vehicle. I know that if I ever need to transport another vehicle, it will be with Magic Carpet.
