I initially was contracted with another broker that i will not name,i was hung out to dry..i was never notified as to the status over the ten day period.I had to contact them,they did not seem to concerned,so i dropped them.I tried the self serve ship...transport site and that was even worse...nothing but scammers and unqualified haulers.As a last effort before cancelling the deal..i called Red Carpet and spoke to Barbara Sherry,i explained the requirements and believed she could help.After giving her the info she said she would contact me as soon as she found a hauler.......well,1 hour later she called me back and said a hauler was on his way to pick up my car.I could not believe how quick the responce time was.Tha hauler was very proffesional when the car arrived.I am very pleased with the service from beginning to end,and i would recommend red carpet to anyone who needs this type of service.
