This was my 2nd experience having a vehicle moved across country. From the very first contact with Barbara Sherry till the car arrived at my door step, this has been an excellent experience. The scheduled available pickup date was May 23rd (Memorial day weekend). I received an email from Barbara on 5/23 advising that the car was scheduled for pickup on 5/27 and delivered on 5/29. On 5/27 the seller called me and avised that the car was picked up at 12 noon. I could have contacted the driver but instead I just waited to hear from him. I received the call at 5pm that he was aboutl 100 miles east of me and would arrive in about 3 hrs. In 3 1/2 hours he did arrive, unloaded the car and the deal was done. Everything went smooth and on time. If I have need of transporting another vehicle I will certainly give Red Carpet the first offer. There were no hidden charges, no damage, and no hassle.
