We live in Canada and bought a car from Texas and needed the vehicle brought up close to the border. After we received an online quote, they professionally followed up with a phone call and gave us a military discount. Becky was able to secure a driver almost immediately to pick up the vehicle and it arrived on-time and without incident.
Red Carpet Auto Transport's staff is unbelievably supportive...all of them. Through emails and telephone calls, this company made certain that we knew all of the minute details of the deal and supported us constantly during the transport. Becky was available to speak with each and everytime that I called and always seemed pleased to hear from me. The other ladies in the office, Karen and Candice, were also exceptional.
Red Carpet Auto Transport clearly prides itself in awesome customer service and integrity. We will be using them again and will recommend them to everyone.
