| Poor Follow-Up |
Overall it looked as if I would have an excellent experience with these guys. Shauna was very helpful from the beginning, communicated well. The driver was a nice guy and seemed helpful when the car was delivered.
My complaint is that the car's windshield was broken when it arrived. The seller swears it was OK upon departure, although, to be fair, I only have his word and a picture sent a few weeks earlier. The driver, however, didn't itemize the damage on the slip, writing only "old car," and says the windshield was already broken when he picked up the car.
All that is fine, and it's a difficult situation. My problem is that Shauna, once very communicative, in her final email simply said it's the driver's responsibility, and hasn't responded to my emails since. The driver has been very evasive, complaining about gas prices and being a small operator. He has not done what he said he would do to follow up either. I'm left holding the bag, with both other parties unwilling to work with me. Overall, then, I have to give this company a poor rating.

| Gordon, Perry auto should have gotten this rating not Me ( Michelle) we did not touch your car at all. we did everything we said we were going to do. the emails i had responded to and sent back to Shauna to let you know that i needed a fax number to fax you over the insurance on Perry Auto. I would like you to remove this rating your vehicle was p/u at a timely manner and delivered we have no control over damages and what the trucks do. also i finally got a hold of perry auto and got a copy of the bol. that you signed and no damages were reported. also you waited 2 weeks after delivery to try and put a claim in. once you sign it without damages its no good you are on your own. i would have noticed a broken windsheld when they tried to deliver and i would of been very upset. so i am sorry the claim is no good. |
