After receiving numerous quotes from dozens of transport companies, we selected Cascade and are happy to report that we have no regrets, whatsoever. We received excellent, consistent customer service from Novella and found our driver, David, to be the consummate professional. Novella worked to locate a carrier for us on a very short timeline. Steve kept us informed and apprised throughout the coast-to-coast delivery of his staus, location, and the vehicle's ETA, which was very helpful. Delivery was timely and well-handled. We would recommend this company without hesitation.
