I called them, and they promised to pick up. I send them order form, and never got more responses from the company. I kept on asking them whether they will pick up on time, and every time I was told they will have no problem. Until the scheduled day, I was told they could not find the truck, and best advice to me is to keep waiting until they find one. I waited them for 2 weeks, and they still want me to wait. I have paid parking fees, rental cars. And the result is I have to look for another car mover, and wait 2 more weeks to pick up. If you have money and time, you can play with them, otherwise go look for companies with good customer reviews.
