I had problems with another transport broker that went out of business before my truck was picked up. After receiving notification of the other companies status I came to this site to find a company with an excellent rating that serviced the west coast. I contacted 4Corners and Ellen took all of my information. Truck was picked up 2 days after I said it would be available. Pickup was coordinated at the origination location and was uneventful. Had some issues with delays on transport due to stops in Vegas and Phoenix by the shipper. I contacted Ellen to discuss my problems in delivery. She was very helpful and assisted me in trying to resolve the numerous delays with the "scheduled" delivery of my truck. My issues where all with the actual shipping company and not with 4Corners. 4Corners was very professional and I believe that they are no longer going to use the shipping company that finally delivered my truck. Excellent customer service and everybody was willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would use 4Corners again but refuse the shipper that took my job off of the board. Thanks Ellen!!!!!
