| Customer Service, not so good |
I didn't do enough research before selecting Transport Services to transport my Brand New Car from Washington to Southern California. Initially, I had a good pleasant conversation with George about transporting my car. He guaranteed me that the car was fully covered under his policy and that of SK trucking Co., that he used to ship my car down. He also promised to fax me his insurance coverage in writing, but never did. He promised me also that the guys that are picking up the truck would have written documentation about their policy coverage, but in reality they don't. Once they hear that u would like their insurance coverage on paper, they turned down the job and told me to contact their dispatch to get another person out there. That prolonged the transport. I called and emailed Transport Services again to ask for a written doc. on their insurance policy and never got a reply or a phone call. I guess, once they collect that's the last you'll hear of them. Good policy.
I guess, what i am trying to say is.....if u had a car and it's worth quite a bit of money, u want someone u can trust to pick up your car. In case something goes wrong, they should have an insurance policy to cover it,...right. They said that they do, but would u just take their word for it. Hmm.....let me see......NO. All i wanted was the insurance policy coverage in writing. is that too much to ask???? i don't think so. Especially if my car was worth over $38K. Sorry for being so paranoid. In the end......I didn't want to deal with the headache anymore, plus there's no refund, i decided to let the second pick up driver take my car. He did a good job in keeping in contact with me, but was upset when he dropped the car off.

| Picky Customer. Don't think so. How about crazy client. I really don't have to leave a response anybody who reads this knows the guys a little crazy. We apologize we cant keep the crazy people happy. But we still try. Thanks |
