This is a broker and not a shipper. Customer service was very poor. Placed order 2 week in advance of earliest pickup date as required. After order was taken and contract signed, did not return calls, did not read email, and did not respond to messages. Had to call several times a day to get hold of someone. Did not schedule the transport with the transport company until 7 days after the latest agreed pickup date although they kept on telling me it will be within hours. Required me to leave car keys with unkown entities and beneath door mat as they were not able to schedule within the agreed dates and time. Excuses such as "gas price increased" and "truck broke down" was a daily occurance. according to the representative, 9 trucks broke down on the way to the pickup point. Unbelievable. Will never use again. Very bad service. Not worth the time to negotiate.

All we can say to Stephaine is we are sorry. We did cut our fees in half to get her car moving right after her first date the vehicle was ready. The current gas prices have this industry upside down! Stephanie's vehicle did get delivered safe and sound three days late. It does happen in this industry. I am not sure what to say about us not being reachable, someone is in the office M-F 7am to 5pm, some hours on the weekends.
