| 1973 Mustang arrived on time and looking good! |

This was the very first time we needed to ship a car and needless to say we were nervous to put our '73 mustang on a carrier. We'd heard too many nightmare stories.
After reading reviews we contacted eight carriers. We had a list of questions. Hilton was the only one who spent time on the phone with us answering our long list of questions. (Oh and an actual person answers the phone, I never went into an automated prompt system, I'd nearly forgotten what it's like to dial a number and have a live person answer :)
We booked the trip with them, they were a little pricier than others ($100-) but we felt it was well worth it. We gave a CC with a small deposit to create the order, then within an hour of placing the order we were called back with a pick up date.
Now when we booked the trip our car was running perfectly, when the driver arrived to pick it up the car would not start! I think it was protesting being moved from sunny LA to NJ- LOL!!
It was totally our fault, we told the driver the car was running. Unfortunately he did not have a winch to pull it on the truck and he had to leave it. He was understanding and Nicole worked with me to get another pick up scheduled.
She was so nice, keeping in touch with us about the pickup. I felt so bad the original driver left without a car we decided to wait until he could pick it up, I wanted him to get the job.
Well I'm so glad we waited, the driver was wonderful. He cared for the car as if it were his own. He called to give us an estimated time of arrival and he was right on the money. The car arrived in the exact condition it was picked up in.
Nicole and the whole team at Hilton were on the ball- they knew who I was each time I called in to check up on the progress. The driver was super and should we ever need to ship a car again Hilton will be our first and only call.
If you are considering shipping a car then I can say I highly recommend Hilton, you will not be disappointed.
