Subject: Horrible service
Review:My husband is in the military and we received orders to Ft. Knox. We are currently expecting our first child and have had some complications with the pregnancy so I have been placed on bed rest, because of this we had to ship our SUV to Ft. Knox as I could not drive it. We hired Cascade and Sarah was our rep. She gave us an original quote of $575 and then upped the price to $700. We agreed to to pay this only because we needed our vehicle immediately and she said it would be picked up on Saturday and delivered by Monday. Saturday came and no one contacted us to pick up the SUV. I attempted to contact Cascade but only received an answering machine. We were finally able to get in touch with Cascade on Monday and they were horrible to deal with. Not only was our car not picked up, but they refused to take responsibility! Sarah flat-out lied to me and said that our account had already been charged when I told her that we would cancel the order as they had not shipped our car. She blamed the truck company, who blamed the driver who told us he was never told to be in our area that weekend. When I asked to speak to a manager she would not let me do so. We hung up and she said she would call once everything was in order. Upon calling back she spoke to my husband and when he asked to speak to a manager she transfered him to a receptionist! After explaining the entire situation to her (he was originally told she was a manager) she admitted that she was a receptionist and transferred him to Diane, the manager. Diane was wonderful and agreed to lower the price to the original $575 and said that Sarah would find another carrier for us. Two days went by and we had not heard from the company. Upon calling them Sarah informed us that we told her to cancel the order - another lie!
Please, avoid this company! They were very unprofessional and after a week of dealing with them we still never received our vehicle.
