First of all, I should say that anyone planning on using transport for a car should definetaly read the reviews! Thank god I did, unfortunetaly a little late but thank god I found Angels Transport!
On the April 14th, after requesting multiple quotes, I decided to go with Express Auto, only because I saw they were endorsed by Ebay, and I am myself very active on Ebay so figured they were good. Pick up was suppose to be in April 18th. I placed my order online and paid the deposit and expected someone to call to confirm the order. Only thing I got was an email confirming the amount they debited from my credit card. Getting a little nervous, and wanting to know when they were coming to pick it up, I call them, and the person tells me "Don't worry! Someone will call you!", Ok, I wait until thursday April 17th, Now they are suppose to call me 24 hours before pick up & no one called, So I call back and get the same rude answer!
First thing I did when getting home that night is try to read some reviews on that company and found this very useful site! When I read the reviews, I felt like throwing up! I read horror stories! Cars MIA, damaged, missing stuff, unpaid drivers! Customers waiting 2-3 weeks for pick up! i knew then, that I would not trust them with my BMW M3, So I decide to send them an email and ask them to cancel! No one replies!
At the same time, I was so desperate, that I searched on Tranport Reviews the best rated company and found Angel Transport! Reading the reviews, I decide to go ahead and book their service, They quoted me a price online that was reasonable. I booked them Thursday April 17th at night. I get a phone call from a girl working there on Friday. I don't remember her name but I think it was Jenny? She calls me and confirms the order and tells me that they will try to get the car picked up as soon as possible! She calls me back within 1 hours and tells me that they will pickup the car on Sunday-Monday 2 days later which was awesome!
She gave me the Driver's Name (Gordan Kirby) and his cellphone number. At that point I knew my car was going to be in good hands. All that info was transmitted to me on Friday April 18th. Friday night the driver calls my friend and tells him he will pick up the car on Saturday if thats ok. Obviously it is! Driver shows up on time Saturday April 19th in Las Vegas, Nevada with a state of the art truck (i saw pictures that my friend emailed to me) and picks up the car and guarantees my friend that the car will be in good hands. The driver then calls me to tell me everything is allright and that he expects to be in Champlain by next week. He then invites me to call him every 1-2 days to get an update. I also got a call from Angels confirming pick up.
On Wednesday he tells me that he expects to be there on Sunday April 27th, but to call him back on Saturday night to make sure we're still on track. Called him again Sat, and yes we were on track. I went this morning to meet the driver as I am from Montreal, Canada and had to drive to champlain to then export the car.
There it was, my BMW M3 in one piece! nothing missing! barely dirty Driver was super nice and experienced (he's been doing this for 40 years!) He made sure everything was alright before leaving! And of course everything was!
Wow, I never wrote a review this long!!!! lol...Most important, is that you should know:
-Most of these companys outsource the job. Angels Transport only work with the best!
-Most Companys will dissapear after they take your deposit! Angesl Didn't!
-Don't try to look for cheapest because you will be sorry in the end!
I met a guy at Champlain in the car lot where the meet-up was done that had his convertible top all stainned because the driverwho did the transport was smart enough to put it under an old 1970's truck! Poor guy was cryuing!
All I could say is that I now know that this industry is filled with scammers, liars! Glad I found Angels Transport! Guys you rock & I assure you that you guys are the best at what you do! Got my car in 8 days when all other companys told me 10-14 days!
By the way, Express transport (the first incompetent company I booked) called my friend on Friday! Yes 1 week later! After I told them to cancel! Yes they finally called but not to confirm pick up but to know if the car was paid!!!!!!!!! What could that change in their lives!! Of course it was paid! Who would send his car all across the nation if it wasn't paid!
Angels Transport all the way!!!!! Trust me! Don't look around! Can't of been smoother! They picked up my car 1 day after the other company was suppose to and delivered it 3-4 days before the other was suppose to!
