| Where's my car? A simple enough question. . . |
I shipped my car from Hawaii to North Carolina and was so pleased to hear that it was only going to take 21 days, that is the whole reason I decided to book with this company. The whole move has been so stressful and AAA did not let me down in that department. It is four days after my car was supposed to arrive and nobody knows where it is. I have called everyday and keep getting told that the truck driver will give me a call, allways from Peter. When I ask for a time line he will not answer and turns everything around on me. Today he was down right rude to me. He rehearsed his usual, "We do not know where the cars are and the drivers will call you." I asked to speak with one of the drivers and he said he didn't even know how to get a hold of the drivers. When I asked him then how does he know that my car should be here today or tomorrow he turned very angry and told me to take a chill pill and to hang up and call back, up to this point I hadn't even raised my voice with him, but after having spend $2,148 on service I expected a little better attitude. Then I got angry and told him that I had paid them enough money that I thought he could listen to my concerns (still trying to be professional about it). He told me I was being to bitchy and that if was not his job to deal with that kind of attitude. So I asked him who I could speak with that could answer my questions and he told me that no one else was available. So now I am turning the issue over to my lawyers and basically reporting the car as stolen. I can not beleive that I spent this much money to have a service done, that was not done according to the deadlines given, and when I called to inquire on what is going on, they had no answers and were completely mean to me. Very un-called form .
