Reliable came with one of the lowest rates out of 9 other transport companies. I contacted the company which is where I spoke with David. He was very pleasant to speak with and very helpful. I gave him the okay to schedule the pick up although I did not have the address at the time he said I cold get back with him on the address. within an hour the dispatch department called me and said they could pick it up that same evening. Shocked I thaought great but wasn't sure if I could arrange for the other party to be available that soon. I told them I would call back. When I did they had already had a back-up truck to pick up the car the next evening if needed. Well fortunately between David and the driver they managed to standby while I arranged for someone to be with the vehicle that evening. The next day the driver called and said he would be here around 7 P.M. Both David and the driver were very friendly and professional and my car was delivered to me in less than 36 hours. Although a short transport of around 600 miles service was fast, very reasonable, and Nicole was a joy to deal with. I own a flat bed tow truck and could have drove to pick the car up myself, however, for the price and the quick service actually was more cost effective. I would have lost a few hundred dollars spending the day to drive and pick it up not to mention the fuel cost. Instead I worked towing cars making money while David handled pretty much everything for me for a great price. I highly recommend if you need to transport a car Call David and he will take care of you and for a fair rate. Thank you David and also thanks to Jocelyn the dispatcher.
